The San Francisco Giants are an American professional baseball franchise based in San Francisco, California. Originally known as the New York Gothams, the team moved to San Francisco in 1958. The Giants are a member of the National League West Division of Major League Baseball (MLB) and the defending World Series champions.
The current logo of San Francisco Giants, which has been used since 2000, features the “GIANTS” lettering over an orange stitched baseball. The closest font we can find that resembles the lettering is IFC Hardball designed by Anton Krylov. Letters of the team’s cap insignia logo have the same lettering style, which features the letter S and F interlocked in black with an orange outline.
