Comic Sans Font MS was designed by Vincent Connare and developed by Microsoft company in the year of 1994 as a font style used in comic books for informal use in any documents or children story books. It does not connect with one another and was developed for other documents excluding the legal ones including children’s books.
Since Windows 95 the typeface has been made available as a Super Stationary additional font in the Windows Plus Pack and in Microsoft Comic Chat. As cited in the Microsoft’s article, this typeface is regarded as familiar and readable by most people, which is appealing and commonly used.
