Associazione Sportiva Roma is a professional Italian football club based in Rome. Established through merger in 1927, Roma has remained a constant in Italy’s premier division since 1951-52 except during 1951-52 when they fell from contention. Three times as champions – in 1941-42, 1982-83 and 2000-01. They have won nine Coppa Italia trophies as well as two Super coppa Italiana tournaments.
Roma have won European competitions twice: Inter-Cities Fairs Cup 1960-61 and UEFA Europa Conference League 2021-22. Additionally, they finished as runners-up at European Cup 1983-84, UEFA Cup 1990-91 and the UEFA Europa League 2022-23.
